A munkajog egyik c\u00e9lja, hogy k\u00fcl\u00f6nleges v\u00e9delmet biztos\u00edtson a munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3k sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra a munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3val szemben. Ez a v\u00e9delem mind kollekt\u00edv, mind egy\u00e9ni szinten biztos\u00edtott. A t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny szab\u00e1lyozza a munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3k \u00e9s munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3k k\u00f6z\u00f6tti jogviszonyokat, \u00e9s  tapasztalt munkajogi \u00fcgyv\u00e9dk\u00e9nt c\u00e9lom, hogy \u00fcgyfeleim \u00e9rdekeit lehet\u0151 legjobban v\u00e9delmezzem. K\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6s figyelmet ford\u00edtok az egy\u00e9ni munkajog ter\u00fclet\u00e9re, amely sz\u00e1mos szab\u00e1lyoz\u00e1st tartalmaz a munkaszerz\u0151d\u00e9s, munkak\u00f6ri k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9gek, felmond\u00e1s v\u00e9delme, szabads\u00e1gig\u00e9ny, munkaid\u0151,  v\u00e1rand\u00f3sok v\u00e9delme, apaszabads\u00e1g stb. ter\u00e9n, \u00e9s nagyon fontos a v\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1sok sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">B\u00e1tran fordulhat hozz\u00e1m, ha k\u00e9rd\u00e9sei vannak munkaszerz\u0151d\u00e9sekkel, felmond\u00e1sokkal, v\u00e9gkiel\u00e9g\u00edt\u00e9sekkel, b\u00e9r- \u00e9s fizet\u00e9si k\u00e9rd\u00e9sekkel,illetve ha zaklat\u00e1s vagy diszkrimin\u00e1ci\u00f3 \u00e9rte a munkahely\u00e9n. Hossz\u00fa\u00e9ves tapasztalatom \u00e9s szil\u00e1rd szak\u00e9rtelmemnek k\u00f6sz\u00f6nhet\u0151en a munkajog ter\u00e9n seg\u00edt\u0151k\u00e9szen \u00e9s szak\u00e9rt\u0151en tudom t\u00e1mogatni \u00d6nt, hogy k\u00f6z\u00f6sen megtal\u00e1ljuk a legjobb megold\u00e1st munkajogi \u00fcgyei tekintet\u00e9ben. Sz\u00e9les k\u00f6r\u0171 jogi ismereteim lehet\u0151v\u00e9 teszik, hogy hat\u00e9konyan k\u00e9pviseljem \u00e9rdekeit.
